OverTime’s ScaleUp Management programme is a refreshing approach to management training designed specifically for fast-growing tech companies. The methodologies we use are tailored to align with common product development ways of thinking - encouraging continuous improvement, rapid iteration and feedback.
The course takes a blended learning approach, drawing on our experience and network. We believe the best learning happens when it is contextual and relevant to the problems you need to solve right now, and when you can hear other people’s perspectives. There is time built in for reflection, practice and discussion.
We are looking for programme facilitators to help us meet our growing demand. Our programmes have both remote and in-person options, therefore we offer a high degree of flexibility in order to work within different schedules.. All course materials, frameworks, and training will be provided.
What we value in our programme facilitators
You are able to pick up new models, approaches and content quickly and are comfortable leading sessions around key topics.
You have, and are able to, lead sessions of up to 12 people.
You understand the role of a facilitator in a learning environment and you know that you don’t always have to have the answer.
You have worked in and around tech, engineering and product teams. You understand how their environment works and the challenges they face.
You have an interest and curiosity in the future of leadership and management.
You have the flexibility to run sessions across Europe if required.
You are ‘extra’ organised and can run a programme with minimal hand holding.
This is not a full time role but based on demand. We are looking for people who have a flexible schedule, that might have other projects on-going, but are passionate about developing others.
