We created THE Scale-Up PROGRAMME because we believe exceptional management is the key to successfully scaling a sustainable business and retaining talent.
OverTime’s ScaleUp management programme is designed to be contextual and tailored to scale-up managers. We don’t believe management can be taught in a day and have designed ScaleUp to be delivered over time in order to address the common challenges managers face. The ScaleUp Management Programme takes participants through all the essentials they’ll need to manage teams, and convert the power of people into successful products and experiences for customers.
We want to help scale-up managers adjust quickly into their roles, and develop the foundational tools they’ll need to motivate their teams through ongoing change and growth by giving them the right tools, confidence and know-how.
The OverTime method supports managers to explore ideas over a period of time, and to practically apply concepts IRL. We use an effective blended learning model that combines theory, individual reflection, group discussion, and coaching. Each participant takes away the ScaleUp modular workbook to use as an ongoing guide.
This is an intensive programme designed for accelerated development right when managers need it most; as they are stepping up as a manager and scaling-up as a business.

WHO Is It FOR
ScaleUp is designed for anyone who wants to up their game as a manager; putting all the essentials in place and crafting their personal management style. We designed the programme for managers in fast-changing contexts, so it is relevant to the challenges at hand, and also fits around busy schedules.

If your company has grown its turnover or team by more than 20% per year over the past three years, then it is officially deemed a “scale-up”. We don't really care too much about definitions though, so if you are a manager working in an organisation going through growth or change we'd be happy to have you join us! You don't have to be a technology or product organisation, but a lot of our content will reference these types of companies and ways of working.
