The OverTime Leader team is made up of former practitioners that have lived through the problems we are helping our clients to solve. We come with empathy and the belief that you have the answer and our role is to help you get there so that you own the solution when we are no longer in the room.
We have the capability and experience to work across the globe. Leaning on cutting-edge technologies, we are comfortable facilitating teams in-person and in remote environments, with a preference for a combination of the two (when possible and safe).
