In Good Company….

The OverTime Leader team is made up of former practitioners that have lived through the problems we are helping our clients to solve. We come with empathy and the belief that you have the answer and our role is to help you get there so that you own the solution when we are no longer in the room.

We have the capability and experience to work across the globe. Leaning on cutting-edge technologies, we are comfortable facilitating teams in-person and in remote environments, with a preference for a combination of the two (when possible and safe). Every interaction with OverTime Leader ensures you: reflect, identify, adapt and progress.

Our delivery teams are made up of former; Product Managers, Heads of Talent, Internal Comms, UX Leads, Integration specialists, and agile coaches. Together we bring the wealth of this collective experience to solve our client's needs.

Our team of delivery partners is enabled by a team of operators who ensure our client delivery runs smoothly. We are proud to provide opportunities for non-linear career paths and that means in our internal team we have:

  • A pediatric nurse turned internal comms lead for one of Europe's most creative companies.

  • An ex- F1 Pit lead turned operational and administration wizard.

Our experience….

The OverTime Leader team is made up of former practitioners that have lived through the problems we are helping our clients to solve. We come with empathy and the belief that you have the answer and our role is to help you get there so that you own the solution, when we are no longer in the room.

From navigating acquisition implementation, tricky board dynamics and founder exits to running 100+ people company offsites - it takes a lot to shock us. We leverage our collective experience and scars by holding the space for your team to intentionally design the consistent leadership style that will drive your business strategy and enable you to future-proof your business in the process.

We have worked with hundreds of leaders through our programs and we're really proud of the impact our work has had. Here’s what some of our clients have said:

“OverTime Leader partnered closely with me on my goals and built a long-term engagement/change management plan to accelerate our team performance.”

- CBO, Typeform

“OverTime has helped us understand better how we need to shape our organization, how we can effectively ‘land’ those organizational changes and how we need to show up as leaders in order to reach our strategy.”

- CEO, Wetransfer

“OTL is not about telling you and the team what to do or where the issue is. Their approach is more about reflection and discovery. This not only leads us and our teams to develop our own solutions custom catered for our team and culture but also provides a safe, non-confrontational, supportive environment to address issues and challenges.”
