Coaching for high-performing leaders who are navigating uncertainty.

I’ve been dubbed the “architect of the unseen” by my clients, and they kindly say that I have a knack for teasing out the organisational and leadership pain points that come with scaling and transforming businesses and teams.

I’m just a troubleshooter and love to get things unstuck!

I am transformational leadership expert Founder of OverTime Leader, and author of 'First Time Leader: Foundational Tools to Inspire and Enable Your Team' (Wiley 2014).

Over the past decade I’ve coached leaders in fast-growing technology driven companies to help them identify the role they need to play and the shifts they need to make in order have impact.

I thrive off the energy that comes with continuous improvement.

I work with a range of senior leaders, from Founders, CEO’s, CIO’s, CTO’s to Venture Partners, but my clients usually have the following in common:

  • High-achievers that strive for efficiency and excellence

  • Have low ego and humble, focused on empowering their teams

  • Have a growth mindset and recognise they are in a constant state of flow

  • Are open and willing to do the self-work that comes with coaching

  • Are in a constant state of uncertainty and recognise they need to build the playbook and not follow someone else’s

After holding senior leadership roles for some of Europe's most creative scale-ups, I decided I’d have more scalable impact working on the outside and took my insights and experience to create my boutique consulting agency, OverTime Leader.

How it Works

After years of trying different approaches, using different models, I’ve landed on the approach that works best for my clients and for me. Working in and around technology-enabled business has taught me that you have to be ready for anything which is I prefer not to follow a strict coaching regime. Here’s how it flows:

  • In our first session we spend a few hours digging into your current environment, where your pain points are, and what you’d like to achieve in working together.

  • From there we set out 3 high-level objectives and those become my responsibility to “own” you just have to trust the process and do the work.

  • We have a series of sessions that focus on what has come up and what’s taking your attention and work through what’s getting in the way of moving forward.

  • By the end of each session we have identified an action for you to take that feels doable but stretchy before our next call.

My clients benefit from the clarity of the coaching process and get the benefit of driving their own development in between calls.

My coaching packages include;

  • A 90-minutedeep dive to kick-off

  • 6 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Access to me via email and text during our agreement

  • Tools relevant to where you’re at in your leadership journey that you can bring into your team

I’d highly recommend you read up on what it is first. The term “coaching” is often mislabelled and it’s important we are on the same page as to what you expect to get out of this process. I’ve also collated some FAQs to help equip you to find the right coach.
