Creating a seamless first 90-day onboarding plan
Module 4: Performance Management
Methods for the most effective 1:1s
How to set engaging goals (OKRs)
Approaching both under-performers and over-performers
Module 5: Team Dynamics
The role the manager plays in fostering the right team culture
Learning how to give, receive and encourage feedback
How to manage healthy conflict within your team
We work with tech-first companies, and have adapted a lot of modern development approaches around design and product thinking to management so that it’s fit for purpose and immediately applicable.
The Details
This a 12-week online course starting September 16 and ending November 25th.
Your cohort will meet bi-weekly for 6 remote sessions facilitated by a leadership coach.
Cohort calls will be every other Monday from 16h-17:30h GMT
Please make sure you have access to a good microphone, camera and quiet space for the group calls.
You will need to set aside about 2-4 hours a week of self-study.
Price shown is not inclusive of VAT.
Limit of 12 spaces per cohort.
