  • Module 3: Building Your Team

    • How to build an interviewing team

    • Understanding bias and how to shift it to build better diversity

    • Creating a seamless first 90-day onboarding plan

  • Module 4: Performance Management

    • Methods for the most effective 1:1s

    • How to set engaging goals (OKRs)

    • Approaching both under-performers and over-performers

  • Module 5: Team Dynamics

    • The role the manager plays in fostering the right team culture

    • Learning how to give, receive and encourage feedback

    • How to manage healthy conflict within your team

We work with tech-first companies, and have adapted a lot of modern development approaches around design and product thinking to management so that it’s fit for purpose and immediately applicable.

The Details

  • This a 12-week online course starting September 16 and ending November 25th.

  • Your cohort will meet bi-weekly for 6 remote sessions facilitated by a leadership coach.

  • Cohort calls will be every other Monday from 16h-17:30h GMT

  • Please make sure you have access to a good microphone, camera and quiet space for the group calls.

  • You will need to set aside about 2-4 hours a week of self-study.

  • Price shown is not inclusive of VAT.

  • Limit of 12 spaces per cohort.
