Founded by
Gillian Davis. Over the past decade, Gillian has partnered with leaders in fast-growing companies to help them identify the roles they need to play and the shifts they need to make in order to have a purposeful impact.
Dubbed the “architect of the unseen” by her clients, Gillian loves troubleshooting and getting things unstuck by teasing out and solving for the organizational and leadership pain points that come with scaling businesses and teams.
